Terms

These terms cover the Aureo subscription and the one-time AI Visibility Audit, operated by Front Tribe d.o.o., Cepin, Croatia. By creating an account you accept them; if you accept for an organisation, you confirm you may bind it. You must be at least 16.

The service

Aureo asks your queries across ChatGPT, Perplexity and Gemini on a weekly schedule, reads the answers, and reports what it finds. Engines are third-party services; their availability and their answers are outside our control. Features vary by plan as described on the pricing page.

What the numbers mean

AI answers are not deterministic. Every metric we report is an estimate from a sample, and the sample size is shown next to it. Nothing in a report is a guarantee of ranking, traffic or revenue.

Trial and billing

The trial costs 1 EUR, runs for seven days, and you choose your plan before it starts. When it ends, that plan begins automatically unless you cancel first. Subscriptions renew monthly or yearly through Stripe until cancelled; yearly costs ten months. Cancelling stops the next renewal and takes effect at the end of the paid period. Your data stays readable and exportable after you stop paying. Except where the law requires otherwise, fees are non-refundable. The audit is a single payment and includes one report and one call.

Acceptable use

Track brands you own or are authorised to work on, and install the traffic script only on sites you control. Do not resell raw engine output as if it were your own product, probe the security of the service, or evade plan limits. We may suspend accounts that do.

Your content, our service

You keep all rights to your brand and site content; you give us only what operating the service requires, which is reading your public pages on your instruction and storing and showing you the results. The service itself, its software, design and brand, belongs to Front Tribe d.o.o.

Liability

The service is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages or lost profits, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before a claim.

Governing law and changes

Croatian law governs these terms, and disputes belong to the courts of Croatia. Most disagreements fit in one email to hello@aureoapp.ai, so start there. If these terms change materially, we email account holders 14 days before the change takes effect.
